Terms and Conditions

By entering the UK Hair Extension Awards, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions

1. The information you provide on your awards entry form must be 100% truthful.
2. Any pictures sent to us must be of your own work.
3. Any pictures must original and not have been doctored, filtered or any such effects.
4. You grant us / our sponsors / agents / licensees where applicable to use your photos for marketing.
5. Any photos must not breach Instagram’s “Terms of use” http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms .
6. Any pictures or awards entry forms must not be of any sexual nature, explicit, violent, derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, which violates any such law.
7. Any pictures or awards entry forms must not contain defamatory statements, indecent, threats to any person, business as such or violate any third party rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademark rights, or rights of privacy.
8. If you are not selected as an award winner in the category you are entering this does not warrant a refund in any way.
9. All award entries are non refundable, these are classed as personal items and therefore can not be re sold (if you are not selected as a finalist as you do not meet the awards criteria, then we will issue a refund).
10. Any awards forms that are incomplete are classed as abandoned and will not be refunded.
11. All entrants to the UK Hair Extension Awards are required to keep a professional public image within the press and on social media platforms. If you or your business has been selected, then being a finalist or winner means you have been chosen to also represent our brand UK Hair Extension Awards. We do reserve the right to remove any such titles, at any time, where we see necessary.

Any such breach of these rules will result in disqualification and no refund of any payments made to us will be refunded.
